No Legal or Counseling Advice

Our services are writing and storytelling services only.
We do not provide:

While our work may feel therapeutic or emotionally meaningful, it should not be considered professional counseling.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, stories, dates, names, and factual details used in written materials.
We make every effort to create accurate and meaningful content, but clients are responsible for reviewing drafts for factual accuracy before final use.

Revisions

We want you to love the final product.

Reasonable revisions are included to ensure your eulogy, legacy letter, or story reflects your voice and intentions. Major rewrites or substantial changes to project scope may require additional fees.

Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines are discussed individually based on urgency and project complexity.
While we strive to meet deadlines—especially for funeral services or memorial events—we cannot guarantee delivery times in cases involving emergencies, technology interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payments & Refunds

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom writing services:
  • Payments may be required in advance or in stages depending on project size.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Refund requests are considered individually.

Because custom work cannot be “returned,” completed writing services are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients may use their completed written materials for personal and family purposes.

The Eulogy Writers retains the right to general writing methods, templates, and business materials.

We will never publicly share private written work without permission.

We treat all personal stories, family information, and submitted materials with care and discretion.
